Subject	help with a/c

Message	so my a/c is not working it looks charged and still under pressure. so i decided to do the Self Diagnose test in the tec page. is it suppose to come on right away and go to 00, it does not due that at all it goes to 24. the only time the a/c actually comes on is when i hit auto again it say 48 then i move the angle to blow straight on me then it goes to 0 and blows cold air. also my little fan next map light makes funny noises was wondering if that is going out would cause this as well
